Hi, I’m Phoenix!
I’m a certified yoga instructor, T’ai Chi teacher, Ayurvedic specialist, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Physical Education. With over 25 years of teaching experience, I’m also trained in Yoga for Healthy Aging. My passion for yoga, T’ai Chi, and meditation has guided me to help others improve balance, strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. My classes are designed for all levels, whether you're seeking stress relief, increased vitality, or a more supple body.
Each class offers a gentle yet effective practice, supporting you on your journey toward a more balanced, energized, and peaceful state. Outside of teaching, I enjoy biking, hiking, cooking, and dancing—from Lindy Hop to ballroom. I’m excited to guide you on your yoga journey and help you feel your best!

How much is the membership?
By signing up for the monthly membership, you'll be charged $40.00 each month.
You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your membership at any time.
The membership is your online toolkit to support your total well-being, nourishing your mind, body, and spirit. It's an investment in yourself and commitment to your health!
If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time. Simply follow the steps on the Billing page to cancel, and your membership will not renew. Alternatively, you can pause your membership whenever you need to.
Please note, refunds are not available for partially used membership periods.
What yoga props/equipment do I need?
To get started, all you really need is a yoga mat and access to the internet.
As you progress, you may find these props helpful:
A couple of yoga blocks
A yoga strap (or any kind of tie)
A yoga bolster (or a few throw pillows)
Hand weights (1-5lbs)
A resistance band
A tennis ball
An eye pillow (or a small hand towel)
These props are nice to have but are absolutely not required to begin your yoga journey.
